In last few years, the number of people buying (investing in) second hand real estate properties has grown to an unprecedented rate. The older the property the  more care one needs take while making the buying decisions. More and more owners are finding it difficult to manage their properties on their own. These companies offer services that start at calculation of a plan to preserve the value of the property and go all the way to meet the daily care needed for the property. With more companies offering REO online advice and are easier to communicate with landowners can now find answers to their questions in just a few clicks. This means that the REO property management companies can contact the owners on a daily basis. And even find new owners who cannot even be aware that help is available. Residential property management is never easy. But at least with the help of the Internet and other technological gadgets, owners can relieve their suffering by contacting professional assistants as REO property managers. They can help you more quickly and more efficiently than ever before.

We can only imagine what the future holds, both in technical assistance available and in economic sentiment or how these things might change in the next two to three years. A good REO company should offer multiple services including property management, assessment rental management, commercial real estate asset management and more.

Luxurious Apartment Project in Pune – Windermere

With a theme ‘modern classic’, the launch event of Vascon Engineers’ ultra-luxury apartment project in Pune – Windermere lived up to its reputation and was the perfect harmony of modern and classic performances.

R Vasudevan, MD of Vascon Engineers Ltd. said, “We are approaching 25 years of inception. We have poured our soul into the various constructions we have built across the country. As a token of our love, Vascon is unveiling its latest and most prestigious offering -Windermere.”

A man of few words, Mr Vasudevan sought support of his well wishers for the project and threw open the l f oor for mesmerising dance performance by the famous Bollywood actress and renowned dancer Isha Sharvani. From her side, Isha weaved magic with her acrobatic performance in ‘Double Jeopardy’. What followed next was an equally breathtaking creation by famous fashion designer Archana Kochchar. Stunning models displayed elegant gowns and cocktail dresses inspired by mystic strokes of vivacious colours of Windermere. The hues – deep emerald, sapphire blue and champagne nude on  the canvas of fashion were a
treat for the eye.

Sidharth Vasudevan, the man behind the Windermere project described the modern classic theme as “What is modern is the structure and what is classic are the people behind it.” The event organised at Turf Club in South Mumbai ended with a variety of cocktails and mouthwatering buffet.

Windermere – Luxurious Residential Scheme in Koregaon Park, Pune by Vascon Engineers

Even as it enters its silver jubilee year, construction company, Vascon Engineers Ltd is planning to launch perhaps its most ambitious residential project, Windermere in Pune.  

A 5 acre twin tower project, Windermere is set to come up in Koregaon Park area of the city.

The project will offer 3/4 BHK apartments and 5 BHK duplex. While the first tower, with 21 apartments, will consist of duplex, the 59-apartment second tower will house 3-4 BHK flats.

With 3,000 sq ft area for 3 BHK apartments, 3,800 sq ft for 4 BHK apartments and 8,300 sq ft for the duplex, the ultra luxury apartments will be priced between Rs 5 to 12 crore. The total cost of the project will be approximately Rs 650 crore and it will be completed by 2013.

“Vascon gave this area its first set of luxury flats and apartments in 1986. With Windermere, we will establish world class living in Pune. Windermere offers many novel features such as a private swimming pool in each apartment and dedicated clubhouse per tower. Privacy and security are often the main concern and Vascon has tried to ensure the same with high class access controlled elevators and swipe card keys,” said R Vasudevan, managing director, Vascon Engineers Ltd.
